All responsibility rests solely with the user.

• Account suspensions or bans
• Loss of followers or performance
• Data corruption
• Actions taken by Instagram

5.3 Liability Cap

Maximum liability is the amount paid in the last 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is lower.

User is responsible for securing API keys, monitoring account activity, and protecting login credentials.

7.2 No Credential Storage

SocialKings.shop does NOT store Instagram credentials.

8. Data & Privacy

Access may be terminated for violations, harmful use, non-payment, or at discretion.

11.3 After Termination

Sections 4, 5, 6, 9, and 12 remain in effect.

12. General Provisions

Invalid terms do not affect remaining provisions.
